Feeding, bathing, sleeping, wearing ... in daily actions with your baby, know how to preserve your back by respecting a few simple rules.
1. Comfortable feeding
Sit comfortably, stalling your buttocks in a lower chair. to avoid strains due to your baby's weight, rest your arms on armrests and keep your shoulders and back relaxed.- If the chair is too high, lay your feet flat on a stool or stack of books. so that your baby is at the height of your breasts, consider placing one or more cushions on your knees.
